Buscasetas Journeys’13

Would like to introduce you our Mycological tasting menu for Buscasetas Journeys 2013 wich occur at the Serrano restaurant from the Tuesday, November 5th  until Sunday, November 17th, both days inclusive.

Is essential make previous reservation


The black truffle Mi-Cuit  (Tuber melanosporum) and mushroom consommé


The pine mushrooms (Boletus pinophilus) pickles, Veigadarte cheese, fresh sprouts, “cecina” crunch  and Mencia vinaigrette


Hake confit with wild mushrooms (Lactarius deliciosus) and Couscous with its juice


Beef meatballs, mushrooms: Mountain Elver , Senderuela (Cantharellus tubaiformis and Marasmius oreades) and egg yolk


The puff pastry little cones filled with cream of  “rebozuelo” (Cantharellus cibarius) and orange

 This menu is served by completed table and the wine is not included

35 EUROS per person (VAT included)

Also this year is as a novelty, there’ll be a contest among all customers. The prize will be a dinner for two people (there will be a total of ten dinners). You can see the bases of the contest in the following link: Buscasetas’13 contest
