  • Stewed beans (alubias pintas) with deer rib
  • “Pico Pardal” Chickpeas with Boletus pinophilus

Main course

  • Cod slices on the Maragatería’s style
  • Deer Ragout with vegetables


  • The pears in wine, chocolate sponge cake  and mantecado  ice cream
  • Grandmma’s “leche frita”  (fried custard powdered with sugar and cinnamond)

Winery: Red or White Pilgrim wine (D.O lands of León), water, coffee and a shot of herbs.
