Season of mushrooms

With the arrival of fall back to enjoy the precious fungi in our best dishes:

  • The bowl of  setas de cardo (lit. mushroom of thistle) with Iberic ham
  • The mushrooms confit with olive’s oil with duck foie grass
  • Scrambled eggs with mushrooms of the day
